Booking Confirmation Appointments are confirmed once the deposit is received.

- Deposits For services 10% minimum deposit is required to confirm your appointment. For larger projects, a deposit of at least 25% is required. Deposits are applied toward your final service cost.
- Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
- No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, the deposit will be forfeited as a no-show fee. Clients who fail to show up without notice may be required to pay a higher deposit or full payment for future bookings.
- Late Arrivals If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your full service, but late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid delaying the next appointment.
